Beginning July 1st, 2019, the City of Walnut Dial-A-Cab program will no longer offer services to the Ontario International Airport and will expand the “Special Service Area(s)” to include all licensed medical facilities within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the City’s boundaries. The decision was brought forth following the January 23, 2019 Study Session, where the City Council discussed the current state of the Dial-a-Cab program and eliminating the Ontario International Airport service due to excessive use.
On May 8th, 2019, the Walnut City Council passed Resolution No. 19-22, allowing the modification to the Walnut Dial-A-Cab program.
